To fix the letter and number thing so you can see your pictures a friend told me what to do because I was having the same problem. If you go to make a new post and in the right hand corner there are two tabs one says "html" that is the one you are on, you want to be on the one that says "compose" that way when you are doing your post you can see the pictures and move them and type by them the way you want.
